Any time you hit the grocery store, meat market, even mall, take your own reusable shopping bag.  Paper bags require a lot of energy to create and plastic bags are made from petroleum, a non-renewable resource, and they aren’t going anywhere.  Considering that Americans use close to 85 billion a year, think about how many are just sitting in our dumps.
